That moment changed everything.

It wasn’t the amount.

It was proof.

Proof that income could be created without trading more hours.

So I researched what was actually selling.

I wrote a book on intermittent fasting.

It began selling 400–500 copies per month.

I’d invested in guidance from someone who had already done it — and then I applied it.

That was the beginning.

What started as a single book grew into digital products, partnerships, software launches and mentoring clients worldwide.
